Quick and nice place to enjoy a meal in PB. Walked in and given a table immediately. You can eat inside or outside. Very spacious and clean aesthetics. Waiter was very fast and friendly. Food also didn't take long, I ordered Chicken Ramen, was a very generous portion and tasty. The noodles were not the best I've ever had but 4/5 stars. Prices are also very reasonable compared to others in the area. I recommend.

Your Ramen is truly delicious, noodles bouncy and chewy exactly how you want them to be. The Karaage is crispy and juicy, and most of your other food is absolutely delicious. That being said, you guys have got to work on your gyoza… it’s truly disappointing. You can tell you either used a bunch of water chestnut or onion or something else crunchy to fill in for a lot of the meat. My Chinese wife’s mother would be REALLY disappointed in the flavor and filling for the price you’re charging. Hell she’s made some freaking amazing gyoza at twice the size at a price you might be able to make even in California for a profit. Also, make some dumpling sauce that isn’t just soy sauce. A little rice wine vinegar and sweet soy sauce and maybe a touch of chili oil goes a long way. All this to say I wish I could give your food a 4.9 if this rating system would let me but I also just had to let this out because that is really the only thing I found with this restaurant that needed improvement. Loved everything else with a gut that would satisfy a Japanese business man. Thanks for the incredible ramen!

If u r looking for authentic Japanese Ramen, I surely recommend this place. The soup is savory and the noodles are cooked at the perfectly chewy level. Needless to say, the servers are nice and friendly! :)

Tajima on Ingraham never disappoints, and our latest visit was no exception. My wife and I came in hungry and left absolutely thrilled. I went with the traditional tonkotsu β€” rich, creamy broth with perfectly tender noodles, exactly what a bowl of ramen should be. My wife ordered the vegan ramen and was blown away; she said it was one of the best plant-based bowls she's ever had, full of depth and flavor you wouldn't expect without the meat-based broth. We also ordered the karaage, which was crispy, juicy, and dangerously addictive, and the cucumber salad was a refreshing palate cleanser between bites. We washed everything down with a nigori sake that was smooth and perfectly paired with the meal. Our server Jenny was the cherry on top β€” warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Service like hers is what turns a great meal into a memorable night out. If you're anywhere near Mission Beach and haven't been to Tajima yet, fix that immediately.

Tajima Ramen in Crown Point has a very well-designed interior that feels stylish yet comfortable, making it a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The ramen noodles were thick and nicely curly, which paired well with the flavorful soup. The broth was satisfying and enjoyable. I was a bit unsure about the fried rice, but the gyoza was decent and complemented the meal well. Overall, a solid spot for ramen with a pleasant atmosphere.
